I am currently working as a caregiver and undertaking my second year of my nursing degree. I thoroughly enjoy caregiving and have an excellent manor with patients with the ability to build a strong trust and rapport. I have been in caregiving roles for most of my life, being the eldest of 5 children saw me taking on childcare roles from my teen years. I moved on to become a professional nanny for 7 years whilst studying and exploring other careers. More recently I have been caring for the eldery in their homes providing personal care, shopping assistance, meal preparation, transportation and light household duties. I find this work rewarding, enjoyable and fulfilling. I love that I am able to use my nursing skillset in aspects of my caregiving to provide a high level of care in the home environment. I have a Greek background with a good understanding of the language and limited-moderate speaking ability. I have worked with a number of Greek clients.
