I have completed a certificate III in AGE CARE and IN HOME AND COMMUNITY CARE with Flex Training Services in 2011.This gave me the opportunity to work in all parts of the health industry, e.g. Aged care facilities and Hospitals for the last 5 years. Working in this industry has motivated me to also further my career and undertake an undergraduate course to become a Registered nurse at Murdoch University. I have had the opportunity to develop my knowledge, skills and experience in order to fulfill and exceed all my duties. I have great people skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a positive and appropriate manner to both my clients and fellow employees.I take pride in my work ethic, one of my main work ethics is my ability and confidence to use my initiative, being patient and have the ability in good decision- making skills.
