At Fronditha Aged Care, my duties included assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, ambulation and feeding. I am also well versed in meal serving and preparation, customer service and medication reminders. I also enjoy interacting with residents to ensure they maintain an active balance. An example of this included escorting residents through the facility to different parts of the nursing home to help them get some exercise. My experience also includes checking on residents’ vital signs and documenting their conditions as a part of my nursing placement.
